Hi, I'm Zayna (she/her)! I was born in Amman, Jordan, and grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania. I'm currently a junior at Penn State working on my BFA in Musical Theatre. I plan to graduate in spring of 2026 and move to New York!

Growing up in Erie, I quickly took to the stage at the Erie Playhouse. My stage debut was at age 5 as (Pirate #7) in How I Became a Pirate, and I still haven't been able to outdo that performance.

At Penn State, I have had the opportunity to perform in numerous shows. One of my favorite performance experiences so far at Penn State has been singing at the 2024-25 Convocation at the Bryce Jordan Center, as a part of the summer NSO company of Results Will Vary.

When I'm not doing theatre, you can often find me reading, using my air fryer, hanging out with my boyfriend or going to get food with my friends. I just purchased a kindle and it's the best decision I've ever made, my Goodreads goal for this year is 45 books!
